postal.ID may receive requests for customer or subject data from government or law enforcement authorities.
1. Review and validation
We review requests for legal validity and scope. We may reject or challenge unlawful or overbroad requests.
2. Customer notice
Where permitted, we will notify the affected Customer before disclosing data.
3. Minimization
We disclose only the minimum data required by the request.
4. Transparency
We may publish aggregate transparency statistics where appropriate.
